There is no limit to the amount a player can withdraw but there is a maximum amount that can be withdrawn in one week. For any withdrawal higher than $1500, an amount of $1500 will be paid to you once a week, upon your withdrawal request, until the full amount of your withdrawal request is paid. The same policy applies also to withdrawals of progressive jackpots.
Please bear in mind that while a player withdrawal request is being processed its status will be “Pending”. While we are processing your request the player can cancel his/ her request and all funds will be transferred back to the players account.
